The COVID-19 pandemic has altered many aspects of life. This presentation will review some effective strategies for children and families as they navigate through this uncertain and unique time in history. Psychological, wellness, and other coping strategies will be reviewed. Hear from an expert on how children and families are being impacted by increased isolation as well as the stress that has risen out of an unprecedented global pandemic. Importantly, Dr. Morrison will also delve into critical coping strategies to improve day to day life in these circumstances.
