Have you ever felt so down that you couldn’t focus at work? Worried about something so much that you couldn’t sleep? Struggled to quit smoking, exercise more, or eat more healthy foods? Most people have or will have at least one of these experiences at some point in their lives, and it will get in the way of their work, relationships, health, or general life satisfaction. When that’s the case, talking to a mental health professional can help. Unfortunately, many people will avoid going to therapy because they don’t understand what it is, they don’t know how to find a therapist, or they think that therapy is only for “crazy” people. This talk aims to make psychotherapy more accessible by explaining what it actually is and how it can help average folks improve their lives. We’ll talk about different approaches to therapy, what you can expect to change, and how to find a therapist when you need extra help.

Te has preocupado tanto que no podías dormir?
